Roundtrip's customers and prospects had no centralized location to access downloadable resources.
We needed a centralized page to house all of Roundtrip’s downloadable resources.
Develop a brand new resources page.
Potential B2B customers in the healthcare and health transportation sectors.
To kickstart the project, we hired an external web agency. We met with them to discuss our needs, budget, and scope of the project.
I took the lead on the initial wireframes, setting the creative direction and designing the cards for individual resources.
The web agency provided us with a page template, which we filled out in WordPress.
We successfully launched the new resources page.
My aim was to create a space where customers and prospects could easily access all our resources in one place. The page allows users to filter resources by type, making it simple to find exactly what they need.
Coordination with the web agency: Ensuring that the external team understood our vision and requirements required careful communication and alignment. At times, it was a challenge to effectively communicate all of the strategic direction effectively within our allotted editing rounds.
The importance of clear communication: Regular check-ins with the web agency helped keep the project on track and ensured that the final product met our expectations.
User-focused design: Prioritizing the user experience in the design phase resulted in a more intuitive and engaging resources page.
Flexibility and adaptability: Being open to feedback and willing to make adjustments along the way was crucial to the project’s success.
